The Department of Postal Services is responsible for the organization, operation and provision of postal services as well as for the secure and prompt distribution and delivery of postal items both in urban and rural areas of the Republic of Cyprus.

Treasury of the Republic of Cyprus responsibility is to oversee the lawful and responsible management of the public financial operations, by supporting the decision-making procedures and securing the effective implementation of the economic and fiscal policies.

The Mines and Quarries Service is responsible for the implementation of the Mines and Quarries Law and Regulations and the Explosive Substances Law and Regulations.

The Department of Electronic Communications is responsible for the digital transformation of Cyprus with the support and promotion of the ICT (Information and Communications Technologies) and Space Technologies for the provision of high quality and secure electronic services, within affordable prices, resulting in the increase of social and economic welfare and in general the exploitation of the benefits of the new digital age.

The mission of the Department of Customs & Excise is to protect the society and the environment, and facilitate the improvement of its quality of life, by preventing illicit traffic in narcotics and other prohibited and restricted goods, to collect the revenues for which it is responsible, to facilitate legitimate trade and business and to collect and analyze trade statistical data within its competence.

The mission of Veterinary Services is to protect the public health from the stable to the table through eradication and control of several contagious diseases of animals, minimize the risk of entrance in the country of other diseases and the controls of all food from animal origin.

The Department is the oversight authority of the air transport industry in Cyprus.
